Our Qibla. A direction they can remember. A story you can share.

Inspired by the Ka‘bah and the Qur’anic story of the Qibla, this children’s hoodie is designed to help young Muslims understand something they experience every time they pray: why we face the Ka‘bah, and Who we are really worshipping.

The artwork takes inspiration from the Ka‘bah’s distinctive black and gold appearance, including the golden lantern and architectural details. The design is intentionally visual, allowing the Ka‘bah itself to carry the reminder without adding wording to the garment.

Made from heavyweight 300gsm 100% organic cotton, the hoodie is soft, comfortable and designed for everyday wear.

The design is only part of the story.

A note about the design

The artwork intentionally contains no Qur’anic verses, Names of Allah or Arabic writing. Details inspired by the Ka‘bah’s kiswah have been recreated using non-textual decorative patterns rather than its original calligraphy.

After your order has been produced and dispatched, the estimated UK delivery times are:

Standard – 48 Tracked: approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Express – 24 Tracked: approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Made to order

Most Ummah Balance items are produced after an order is placed through our print-on-demand fulfilment partner.

This helps reduce unnecessary waste and allows us to create purposeful designs without holding large amounts of stock.

Being made to order does not remove your statutory cancellation rights for our standard products. Any product that is genuinely personalised or made to an individual customer’s specifications will be clearly identified before purchase.
Returns

You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days after delivery and return the item within a further 14 days.

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. For change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Items may be tried on for fit but should otherwise be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. This does not affect your statutory rights.
